RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Beaura accepts returned items when notified within 3 days after the product has been delivered.

To be eligible for return or exchange, products must be unused, in its original packaging and in the exact same condition as it was delivered to you.

Please note that customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges, shipping loss or damaged of the returned or exchanged products.

The Beaura will not refund international duties and taxes. Please contact your local bureau for more information.

Customised and sale items are not allowed to be exchanged or returned.

​

As our products are made upon order, there are charges upon requests for exchange or returns.

 

No changes or cancellation is allowed once payment has been made.
